Beyonce Knowles Homes
Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z, along with their child, will be spending
their warm, August New York days in the Hamptons, rather than
Manhattan. Although their Trump Tower home is more than spacious
enough for the young family, they will have lots more space and
privacy in the Hamptons.

Their Hamptons
rental house has over 31,000 square feet, and is known as
Sandcastle. It has been for sale for some time, but it has
had some rich renters during the interim, including Beyonce.
The house boasts masterful finishes and the use of exotic
materials.

The master suite has 2,800 square feet and the house also has
a virtual golf course, a two-lane private bowling alley, a media
room and a rock climbing wall.
Beyonce and her husband, rapper Jay-Z, own a home in Florida,
where the winter months are more tolerable. The home is in Indian
Creek Village, and it has two stories right on the waterfront.
They used to spend more time in the mansion, but it has since
been listed for sale.
The lovely mansion
can be found on a residential and golfing island, located between
Bal Harbor and Miami Beach. The home has nearly 8,000 square feet
and has seven bedrooms, eight full baths and a lovely pool.
Other celebrities who call this area home include long-time coach
of the Miami Dolphins, Don Shula, Julio and Enrique Iglesias and
the model Adriana Lima. It is a very prestigious area in Florida,
and popular with celebrities.
Beyonce and
Jay-Z bought a luxurious Scarsdale mansion before they were
married in 2008. It's found in New York's Westchester County.

In a 15,000 foot floor plan, the mansion includes a large garden
and plenty of parking for three vehicles. Around the boundaries
is beautiful fencing that soothes people inside while preventing
anyone with a criminal mind from sneaking into the home site.
Beyonce is also planning to purchase a home for her mother, as
a wonderful gift. This home is in Houston and was originally listed
in a short sale. The price was much higher in the years before
Beyonce decided to purchase the home, so she will get an exceptionally
good deal.
This won't be the first
home that Beyonce has purchased for her mother,
Tina Knowles. It offers more than 23,000 square feet in its Italian
and French influenced architecture. The home has marble columns,
granite floors, a mirrored elevator, suspended staircases and
gold-plated fixtures. It boasts eight large bedrooms, 12 bathrooms
and an elegant master suite. It also has lovely gardens, windows
with a pool overlook, arched windows and soaring ceilings.
This house can be found in Piney Point Village. It was owned
by Douglas Johnson, and the original price tag was $19 million.
Johnson and his ex-wife, Melanie, have slashed the price in an
effort to get the house off their hands.
The lower price tag has caught the attention of many people in
addition to Beyonce. Most of them are executives in the gas and
oil industries. Wealthy oil executives have been flying in to
check out the home, and it's been a popular house in the past
months.
